Very good deal in Croatia

Good price, fantastic and customer oriented rental officer. Car was not clean, outside a lot of wood resin leftovers, a good deal of scratches and not so clean inside but overall good experience due to friendly rental stuff, my recommendation!

Deposit

Even though we explained that we are insured through Alliance, as per your recommendation, did the representative try to sell additional insurances to us. When we refused did he require a deposit of 8000 Kuna on my credit card. The consecuence was that it heavily reduced my available amount before the card limit is reached. I think that the information about this should be clear if the Alliance option is used for eccessive cost in case of a damage.Best Regards / Olov

gasoline and service ?

It is regrettable that the reservoir is not full of gasoline when we take the vehicle.We were obliged to come backt on Zaglav to put back some gasoline.....The service by the agent was ok.

Excellent!

Everything was perfect. There wasn't queue and the Rentalcargeoup's staff was already wating for us at the airport, he was all the time really nice! The price and the car were also ok.

Quality, cheap, good service

Very friendly help by young staff at Zadar airport. Efficient, trustworthy, excellent quality cars and very competitive price! I guess only/especially during off-season?

Hiring without worries

We rented a 9 person vehicle, when we arrived, the vehicle was available and clean. We had no problems during the week and at our departure, we drove the vehicle to the airport where we were handed our papers and made the Turn the vehicle very quickly. Would recommend without problem
