Very good deal in Croatia

Good price, fantastic and customer oriented rental officer. Car was not clean, outside a lot of wood resin leftovers, a good deal of scratches and not so clean inside but overall good experience due to friendly rental stuff, my recommendation!

Car was clean and new. Be aware that if you want to take further insurance out to cover any potential scratches etc it's going to be a lot more that your quote!

Price is 3x higher

So if you pay 40 euros at rental cars, when you pick your car they will tell you that you need to pay Kasko insurance, and more taxes, so I paid 75 euros more than I planned. Be careful, and prepare you money. Overall, the car was great, new, I didn't wait for the car. But, when you want to leave your car, signs are nowhere to find. You lose more time searching that place at airports, you can late for your flight.

Excellent Roadtrip

Deposit

Even though we explained that we are insured through Alliance, as per your recommendation, did the representative try to sell additional insurances to us. When we refused did he require a deposit of 8000 Kuna on my credit card. The consecuence was that it heavily reduced my available amount before the card limit is reached. I think that the information about this should be clear if the Alliance option is used for eccessive cost in case of a damage.Best Regards / Olov

Although I filled the online request to have toddler seat in my car - at the destination I had to organize it by myself paying extra 30 euros.In general it was ok
