Price is 3x higher

So if you pay 40 euros at rental cars, when you pick your car they will tell you that you need to pay Kasko insurance, and more taxes, so I paid 75 euros more than I planned. Be careful, and prepare you money. Overall, the car was great, new, I didn't wait for the car. But, when you want to leave your car, signs are nowhere to find. You lose more time searching that place at airports, you can late for your flight.

Excellent Roadtrip

It was definitely a wonderful experience this time as well by booking through RentalCarGroup for our family vacation this time and really did like the customer experience part from Europcar team. Yet another excellent service provided by the team here and would definitely come back for future rentals as well.

Great experience

Everything went as planned, no problems. When I picked the car up, I was upgraded for free to a BMW because the car I reserved wasn't available !!!

No challenges.

Everything went smooth with the rental. Because the car type I had booked wasnt available at the moment I got a free upgrade. I got an offer for extra insurance but had already bought that online so there was no pressure to buy any aditional security on site. Thumbs up for great renta experience!

More employees

There were 20 people already in line when i arrived, so i waited for 1,5h to get my car. Maybe there can be more employees in these summer months?
